MIGRANAL® (dihydroergotamine mesylate) Nasal Spray is available only by prescription
and is used to treat an active migraine headache. Do not use MIGRANAL to prevent
a headache if you have no symptoms or to treat a headache that is not at all
typical of your usual migraine headache. In addition, do not use MIGRANAL if
you have heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, severely impaired liver or
kidney function, or if you are pregnant or nursing. It is important to know that
some types of medicines, when mixed with MIGRANAL, can cause serious or potentially
life-threatening side effects. Be sure to discuss any medicines you are currently
